CASS (Community Agency School Services) is a collaborative outreach program of the Frederick County Public Schools. CASS works with families of children from birth to age 18. Children do not need to be enrolled in the public school system; services are available to everyone regardless of income.

CASS Interagency Coordinators are located in each school community. CASS partners with public and private agencies, organizations, and local governments to provide families with assessable and affordable resources in their communities. Services available include assessment of needs, resource referral, substance abuse counseling, parenting seminars, pre-school support, family counseling, academic support, financial assistance, and help hot-line. CASS Coordinator resources are free and participation is voluntary.
